Water Man is a robot that works in a simple water purification facility. Water Man and has excellent water treatment and supplies water to many people. So Water Man always puts cleanliness first.
However, after Water Man witnesses the massive accident that occurred in the future, in which a great deal of water became so polluted that it could no longer be purified, Water Man becomes obsessed with purifying the water and grows to hate the humans who caused the accident and abused the robots.
Later, Water Man enters Dimensions on his own, attacks a water tank being transported by humanity, steals the water, and stores it within the base, an extreme act that even draws warnings from everyone.
Water Man moved into the modern era, occupied large-scale water purification facilities, and stopped supplying water to humans for distribution.
